Tyler Baker is the Founder, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of Northrock Systems. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Tyler’s passion for computing began at the age of ten and quickly developed into an entrepreneurial journey. At sixteen, he founded his first company providing game server infrastructure and hosting solutions for major gaming communities and studios, including Valve using the Source engine. Since then, he has expanded his expertise through extensive research and hands-on experience in cybersecurity, high-performance computing (HPC), networking, cloud computing, and virtualization, with a strong focus on AI and GPU-driven technologies.

Outside of his professional work, Tyler values balance and personal growth. He enjoys spending quality time with his life partner, Ethan Heaven, staying active through swimming and exercise, and relaxing with great films. Tyler is dedicated to helping businesses grow and remain secure by delivering modern, resilient, and forward-thinking technology solutions designed for today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Crystal Elliston is a dedicated member of the Northrock Systems Marketing team with a strong passion for technology, strategic communication, and results-driven marketing. As a Marketing Specialist supporting the Sales Team, she collaborates closely with sales leadership to develop clear, impactful marketing materials that support business growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen client relationships. Crystal plays an active role in aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to ensure messaging is consistent, effective, and customer-focused across all touchpoints.

Outside of her professional role, Crystal enjoys swimming, playing video games, and spending time with her family and her dog. These interests contribute to a well-balanced perspective and help her maintain a focused, energized approach in both her professional and personal life.
